Cancellation Policy
Your $100 retainer is a sacred commitment to our shared journey. You may reschedule once within the same week; otherwise, the fee is released to EarthsLocGardener LLC.
Without your retainer, our time together cannot manifest. No retainer, no appointment has been planted. We cannot honor the space without that energetic exchange.
We cultivate a sacred space of comfort—no shoes are worn upon entering, honoring the energy we share. If you step out and return, kindly release your shoes again. Socks are lovingly provided, and if you forget, we’ll offer a gentle reminder to stay aligned with our shared flow.
As you take your seat to have your hair blessed, align your posture with presence—sit tall, and hold your electronic devices with mindful grace.
Our sacred hours flow Tuesday to Friday, 1PM-9PM, and Saturday, 12PM - 4PM. We are closed on Sunday and Monday to restore and realign our energy. Outside these hours, extra fees may apply as an additional energy exchange, honoring that time and care extended beyond our aligned schedule.
House calls are journeys beyond—starting at $350, with the fee varying based on the energy flowing from Santa Monica and the distance we travel.
Referrals are blessings shared. When your referral is confirmed, you receive a $20 token of gratitude—an energy exchange honoring your light.
